Anglican Priest Tish Harrison Warren penned a blog posting that went viral; she is hoping for stricter accountability for spiritual bloggers on the internet. How is this possible and more importantly how practical an idea is it? Pastor Michael Newnham and Phil Naessens discuss this on this week’s Calvin’s Corner.

    Should we even bother? Calvin’s reformation was one in which the Bible was freed from the shackles of authority and distributed freely into the hands of regular people who became authorities unto themselves. For the first time, people became spiritual authorities the same way that the others had – years of study and careful teaching and reading the Bible for themselves. I think this is one genie that you can’t put back into the bottle.
